[Wikimetrics] wikimetrics was "stuck"

Apparently Wikimetrics seemed to be "stuck" validating a cohort. @ragesoss
pinged us on IRC and I rebooted the machine, and it no longer seems
"stuck". This is no big deal and no reason for an email. Except to say,
if you experience something similar, do ping us on IRC and we can maybe
save you some time.

"Us" right now is the analytics team who knows about wikimetrics:

But basically if you just jump into #wikimedia-analytics and talk about
wikimetrics, you're likely to get some help in case someone's ignoring this
list.
