Hi Ingo,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with Wikimetrics. I'll try to answer
as many questions as I can.

I have cc'd ***@lists.wikimedia.org on this email. Next time you
have a questions, if you email that list, you are more likely to get a good
answer, because there are many other Wikimetrics users subscribed.

Expanding a cohort later: this is not currently possible with Wikimetrics.
You would need to create a new cohort with the extra usernames included.

Gibberish about metrics: Do you mean the definitions of each metric? I
agree that the way these are written makes it hard to understand what they
mean. Could you describe what you want to measure about this cohort? That
will help me (or someone else on this list) recommend which metric you
should use.

You also ask "what can I see from the txt file?". I don't know what you
mean by that. Could you be more specific?

My apologies for the frustrating experience,
Jonathan
PS: Problem solved, just took about 15 minutes still the screen showed
“validated”
BUT creating a report is a riddle!
What can I see from that txt file???
I have no clue what all the gibberish about metrics is good for – do I
have to understand that? If so, I find the tool not very helpful.
And still this question: Besides: is it possible to expand this cohort
later? We could not register all because of the 6 account limit during the
workshop via the school server. Others will join after Easter break.
Cheers
Ingo
